Baitul Hemayah Domestic Violence Shelter Fundraiser
Inshallah American Islamic Outreach will be here with an information table. We will have Free Qurans and Literature for whom all are interested.
Domestic violence affects us all in one way or another. It affects man and women. Leaving victims with no place to go. Our shelter is here to help these victims to find a safe place. This will allow them the peace of mind, to go forward. However to continue our work, we need your help.
This fundraiser will allow us to cover the cost of the shelter which enables us to continually help domestic violence victims.
This will be an educational event based on creating a community or individual understanding, building knowledge, understanding other cultures and providing materials. This event is put together to encourage an understanding of domestic violence issues, starting conversations, and growing support in the community and it will be designed to solicit attendance, donations to a cause, or volunteer work around the subject.
